Martin Hill – Director & Chartered Financial Planner

Martin Hill

Having graduated from London University with a degree in Economics, Martin started in Financial Services in 1989 and has run his own business since May 2000. This was merged with David Otway’s practice in April 2006 to establish what was to become TWP.

Specialising in Investment Planning, Estate Planning and Pre & Post Retirement Planning, including Pension Transfer options, Martin is one of a select number of Professionals in financial services to hold both Chartered Financial Planner & Certified Financial Planner qualifications.

Martin has three sons, of whom he is very proud: George, the eldest, at university in Sheffield, Alex at university in Cardiff and Rory who is at school playing lots of rugby and doing a little bit of work. Martin’s main interests revolve around Rugby, where he follows Sale Sharks and is a former Chairman of the Junior Section at his local rugby club, where he coaches and referees. His other interest is skiing.

Martin gave me a clear direction with some challenging financial issues. In comparison with a costly corporate lawyer, who overcomplicated matters, within a two hour meeting, Martin had a clear understanding of my issues and allowing me to formulate a sound financial strategy. Would recommend Martin with confidence.–David Linton
